The Eastern Connecticut Conference is an interscholastic athletic league made up of 18 member high schools, whose geographical footprint reaches from the Massachusetts border to the Long Island Sound and from the Rhode Island border to just east of the Connecticut River.

The league sponsors 29 sports throughout the school year with each sport culminating in a league championship. Nearly 5,000 student-athletes compete yearly in the ECC. The ECC is a league steeped in history, producing countless CIAC State Champions. The league continues to be on the forefront of high school athletics in the state of Connecticut and is positioned to continue as a leader for years to come. Member schools include Bacon Academy Bobcats, East Lyme High School Vikings, Fitch Senior High School Falcons, Griswold High School Wolverines, Killingly High School Redmen, Ledyard High School Colonels, Lyman Memorial High School Bulldogs, Montville High School Indians, New London High School Whalers, Norwich Free Academy Wildcats, Plainfield High School Panthers, Saint Bernard Academy Saints, Stonington High School Bears, Tourtellotte Memorial High School Tigers, Waterford High School Lancers, Wheeler High School Lions, Windham High School Whippets, and Woodstock Academy Centaurs.

ECC Sports app is geolocation enabled connecting fans, the teams and sponsors featuring sports schedules, sponsors, Fan Cam, fan gallery, directions to opponents, Twitter page, and news.
